Program Description

ChicagoSweepAlert sends recurring automated text messages to deliver street sweeping reminders and related alerts for your saved Chicago address(es). Message frequency varies based on your plan and sweep schedule, typically 1-8 messages per month during the active street sweeping season (April through November).

Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from ChicagoSweepAlert. Message & data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can opt in or out at any time from your account settings or by texting STOP.

Opt-Out & Help

Text STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Text HELP for help or contact support@chicagosweepalert.com for assistance.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier fees may apply.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to SMS notifications.

Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or any SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
